On the public softwarefacto.com website, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, referring websites, device and browser categories, and page performance. It helps us see whether the site is useful and where visitors find it.
Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as cookie-free and says it does not use browser fingerprinting. The analytics script communicates with Cloudflare. Normal network requests necessarily involve technical connection information; “cookie-free” does not mean that no data leaves your browser.
Our loader does not run on local previews. It also skips analytics when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, or when you visit a URL with ?analytics=off. This URL option applies to that page visit and is not stored as a lasting preference. Browser privacy tools may also block the beacon.
We do not add advertising trackers, an individual visitor identifier, or a custom contact-click tracker. Aggregate visit totals are not a count of enquiries. See Cloudflare’s Web Analytics documentation and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing details.

Your selections are processed locally in the page. They are not submitted to Software Facto, included in analytics events, or saved in cookies or local storage. Refreshing the page may reset the tool. Use its copy or download action if you want to keep the brief.
The tool is a rule-based guide to the next question to investigate. It is not an automated quote or an assessment of private business data. Please do not put sensitive information in page URLs.
when you email
A contact link opens an email draft using your email application. Nothing is sent until you send it. If you email us, the message and your contact details are available to the mailbox handling the enquiry. We use that information to discuss and respond to your request.
The website has no contact-form database. Do not send passwords, production credentials or sensitive customer records in an initial message. For questions about the site or an enquiry you sent, contact riccardo@softwarefacto.com.
